Too many realtors lose their focus and begin to drift off course. We have to remember, in this business, you’re evaluated based on what you’re presently working on—not on what you’ve done, what you plan on doing, or what you could do. It’s based on what you’re currently working on, what you’re currently doing. And that’s another life lesson (no matter how people want to try and act like it isn’t). We live in a what have you done for me lately world—especially at work, and ESPECIALLY in sales.
